Projects in your local area

Is there an opportunity in your local area that you think Action Surrey can help support with? We are looking for resident lead opportunities to deliver community based Energy Saving and Carbon Saving incentives. This could involve anything from planting trees and rewilding to training on Low Carbon heating.

Contact us with your thoughts via our email.

Free Home Energy Surveys

The Local Energy Advice Demonstrator project (LEAD) are offering free in-person energy advice, including a thermal imaging survey, supplying remedial works for quick wins such as draught proofing, and producing a report to help the householder lower their energy use and bills. The householder will then be signposted to any grants they might be eligible for, or referred to a Retrofit Assessor via the One Stop Shop.

The One Stop Shop is an online tool to help create a high-level retrofit plan for the property, offering details for Retrofit Assessors and trusted installers to guide the resident through the process once they are ready to have measures installed.

Circular Dorking is part of this project and we have a team of surveyors within Mole Valley.
