Schools project
We are currently opening our minds to our next ‘schools’ project. Please note this is very early stages so we are keen to put it out there in order to gain feedback. We welcome positive input from others. If you are an organisation with a similar project please let us know as we are always keen to not re-invent the wheel and to collaborate with others.
Who would we like to involve:
- Schools – primary and secondary
- Forest schools
- Children’s groups
- Growing groups
- Existing aligned Circular Dorking projects and collaborative groups.
- New collaborative groups
Invitation concept
- anything to do with seeds – whether art, writing – poem or story, notes from a walk or outdoor seed hunting activity, how seeds travel!
- display – eg eco school team could make a display of foraged seeds and describe what they did,
- more advanced, seeds / nutrition / recipes / animals & birds etc or other link with relevant curriculum.
- All culminating in an exhibition
