A Free Event for everyone no need to tell us you are coming just pop in on the day!

Our HEAT Team

The HEAT energy surveys are completely free and totally impartial. There is no cold calling or pressure to buy expensive equipment or services. Trained community ‘Energy Champions’ carry out a 45 to 60 minute thermal imaging survey and provide residents with a written report with suggestions and bespoke referrals to further support if relevant.

If you are a member of a community group or association our HEAT Champions can give you a FREE talk about energy saving in your home.

“We’ve been carrying out Home Energy Advice Team surveys for over three years and consistently receive extremely high customer feedback scores. We’ve helped hundreds of local residents save money and make their homes more energy efficient, including access to discounted loft insulation and free issued small measures like draught excluders and LED bulbs. We’ve added more trained volunteers to our Team so we can help an even greater number of local households improve their energy efficiency as we head towards the Winter and with further increases to energy costs looming.”
