Down Syndrome Charity

PSDS is a local charity dedicated to providing support for children and young people with Down syndrome and their families.

The exceptional services PSDS provides help individuals with Down syndrome to reach their full potential at all stages of their development, from babies to young adults and all ages in between. Run by families for families, PSDS organises a number of events to raise the essential funds needed to continue its work and also works hard to change perceptions about what a diagnosis of Down syndrome really means.

Our commitment to the circular economy

• Supporting local families who have a child or young person with Down syndrome
• Providing training and support for local schools who have a student with Down syndrome who is a member of PSDS
• Working with local businesses and suppliers on our events, raising their profile as well as our own
• Actively supporting other local businesses and charitable organisations
